The story began back in 1990 with Pierino Berselli, who started out as a street vendor in the squares with a small mobile market, focusing from the very beginning on the quality of the best Italian products.

We met fourteen years ago, and that is where our "adventure" in the cured meat and cheese trade began.

Today we continue along the path set by Pierino who, with his advice as a good family man, has led us to steady growth and a constant search for the finest Italian products, able to best satisfy the needs of our customers.
